Joga v MCZOS #2

Joga je praksa, ki z dihalnimi vajami in duševno koncentracijo dosega telesno in duševno uravnovešenost. Sam izraz joga izhaja iz sanskrta in pomeni enotnost, skladje. To je skladje z vsem obstojem, ki ga vsak človek išče v sebi.

Jogijske vaje so namenjene razgibavanju, pretegovanju, poživitvi in okrepitvi telesa in vsebujejo umirjanje, sproščanje ter pravilno in zdravo dihanje.

Vadba joge poteka vsak torek od 20:00 dalje v Mali hali Mladinskega centra Zagorje (prvo srečanje 08.01.2013). Priporočljiva so udobna oblačila in podlaga za jogo ali armafleks. Pridruži se lahko kdorkoli, ne glede na starost in trenutno fizično kondicijo, vaje ne zahtevajo posebnega predznanja ali predpriprav. Tečaj poteka v angleškem jeziku, vodi ga Inês Gama:

In other words, with the “cleanse” of the body’s energy blockages, excessive absences of the vital force that can, in turn, lead to imbalances in health and limitations in relation to what we believe be possible to do in life, the practice of Hatha Yoga since done with the right attitude can help us change the perspective we have of ourselves, of our role in the order of things and the way we see our own lives.
